Come join us for my new time for an open studio with a clothed model. Whether you want to paint or draw the head or figure, this time is for you! The model will be set up and spots will be taken according to number drawn from a hat. I have easels and tables. TIME: 9:30 AM -1:00 PM

Study with other artists who are committed to bringing their painting to the next level. Award-winning artist and instructor Gayle Levee will work with you to improve your brushwork, color, composition and drawing. This class is limited to ten students. Oil painters and acrylic painters are welcome. Cost is $300.00 per month.

CHESTNUT GROUP

These are typically Plein Air themed painting events led by experienced Chestnut-member artists who volunteer their time. Each year, we offer a variety of themes to choose from, including: Plein Air 101, demonstrations by some of your favorite artists, focus on a particular subject matter (water, trees, sky, composition), marketing and selling your work, and more!

Non-Chestnut members from the community may register and pay on our website but do not qualify for the significant member discount. Sign-up is offered in advance to members and limitations on the number of participants results in very few slots being open after the membership-registration window.
